About FotoRipple
FotoRipple helps families rescue their old photos — restoring the damage, adding natural color, and gently bringing loved ones to life. Here's why we do it.
Every family has a box of photos that are slowly fading. FotoRipple exists to make sure the memories in them don't fade too.
Every family has a fading box of photos
Somewhere in most homes there’s a box, a drawer, or an album of old photographs — and every year they fade a little more. The colors wash out, the paper yellows, the corners crack. Inside them are the faces of grandparents, great-grandparents, and moments no one living may fully remember.
FotoRipple began with a simple conviction: those memories are worth saving, and the technology to save them should be in everyone’s hands — not just professional restorers’.
What we believe
We believe restoration should honor the original, not reinvent it. That’s why our whole product is built around one principle — repair the damage, keep the person. We fix what time did to the photo, and we keep the people exactly as they were.
We also believe the most powerful thing you can do with an old photo isn’t just to clean it up, but to bring it back. That’s why FotoRipple goes beyond restoration to colorization and gentle animation — so a distant, faded face can feel present again.
Try it with your own photo
The best way to understand FotoRipple is to see it work on a photo that matters to you. Your first photo is free — no account, no card. Have a question? Get in touch.
What we do
We restore damaged and faded photos, colorize black-and-white images, and animate stills into gentle living videos — all from a simple upload.
Why it matters
Old photos are often the only images we have of the people we love most. Reviving them keeps those people present for the generations who come next.
How we're different
We restore with restraint. Our guiding rule is repair the damage, keep the person — never glamour edits or invented faces.
